On November 25, XCMG Group and JD Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Building on a solid foundation of cooperation and complementary business strengths, the two parties will further expand the scope of collaboration in areas such as logistics, industrial products, digital technology, and overseas supply chain services. Xu Ran, SEC Vice Chairman and CEO of JD Group, and Sun Lei, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of XCMG Group, jointly attended the strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Li Jing, Vice President of JD Group, and Xia Yongyong, Deputy General Manager of XCMG Group, General Manager and Party Secretary of XCMG Automotive, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Since signing their first round of strategic cooperation in 2022, XCMG Group and JD Group have continuously deepened collaboration in digital supply chains, logistics services, and other areas, maintaining a sound mechanism for high-level mutual visits and business communication and achieving remarkable results. The signing of this new round of strategic cooperation will open up deeper collaboration between XCMG Group and JD Group in more areas, with both parties leveraging their complementary business layouts to jointly explore new space for development.

Before the talks, Xu Ran and his delegation visited XCMG Forklift, XCMG Group headquarters, and XCMG Automotive in succession. Heads of relevant departments and units of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery, as well as relevant heads of JD Group, participated in the activities.
