Recently, the SCJC P600 tower crane was successfully installed and officially put into operation at the site of a large airport construction project in the Philippines.

PART/01  Proven Capabilities

With its advanced design concept and outstanding working performance, the P600 tower crane has become the core lifting equipment for this airport construction. The configuration adopted for this tower crane features a lifting capacity of 25 tonnes and a working radius of 70 meters, fully meeting the diverse needs of terminal construction, runway supporting facilities, and large steel structure hoisting.

The flat-top tower crane adopts a tower-cap-free design and offers a high free-standing height, perfectly adapting to the windy, high-humidity tropical climate conditions along the Philippine coast. It also employs an intelligent control system to achieve precise and smooth hoisting, and is equipped with multiple safety protection devices to ensure continuous and stable operation in complex meteorological environments.

PART/02 Successful Installation

Facing multiple challenges such as long-distance transportation and a tight construction schedule, the joint Chinese-Philippine expert team upheld a professional spirit and strictly followed international safety standards, successively completing key processes including foundation construction, tower body assembly, jib assembly, and electrical system commissioning. The equipment underwent multiple rounds of rigorous load testing and safety assessment, and all technical parameters met the design requirements, earning high recognition from the supervision party and the owner.

As another successful practice of Chinese equipment and technology "going global," this project not only demonstrates the international competitiveness of China's high-end construction machinery but also bears witness to the deep cooperation between China and the Philippines in the field of infrastructure construction.
