This modern manufacturing base covering 280 mu not only demonstrates Sinoboom's formidable strength, but also marks a crucial step forward in its globalization strategy. On November 18, the plant officially commenced production, opening a new chapter for Sinoboom in the Americas market.

Construction Overview: A Modern Smart Factory Now in Place

At present, the plant has completed the topping-out of its main structure, the water, electricity and gas networks have been commissioned, all machining equipment has been installed in place, and the production lines are ready. The plant layout is centered on smart manufacturing and green environmental protection, fully introducing and replicating the advanced process system of the headquarters' "Sinoboom Smart International Manufacturing City."

The workshops are equipped with automated equipment covering the entire process of welding, coating and assembly, and integrate Sinoboom's MOM system (Manufacturing Operations Management), fully implementing lean production management. This means that from a steel plate to a complete piece of equipment, every production stage enables full-process quality traceability, ensuring high product quality while continuously improving production efficiency.

The base's product line is comprehensive, covering scissor lifts, rough-terrain scissor lifts, articulated boom lifts, telescopic boom lifts, telehandlers and mast climbing work platforms, providing strong production capacity support for the North American market.

The Sinoboom Mexico plant is its second overseas manufacturing base, located in Silao, Guanajuato, an industrial powerhouse of Mexico. This leverages Mexico's trade facilitation and its excellent geographical advantage adjacent to the United States, making it a golden fulcrum in Sinoboom's global layout radiating into the North American market. Once fully operational, the plant will be dedicated to providing North American customers with faster, more efficient one-stop products and solutions.

Core Advantages: Deep Localization Builds Competitiveness

To better serve the local market, the Mexico plant is actively building a localized supply chain system. At present, the localization rate of key and important parts is close to 90%; key structural components (chassis, turntables, etc.), hydraulic systems (cylinders, valves, etc.) and electrical systems (controllers, wiring harnesses, etc.) have all achieved localized procurement and independent production in the United States, Mexico and Canada, ensuring products comply with local regulations.

At the same time, talent localization is one of Sinoboom's core strategies. The employee localization rate at the Mexico plant has reached 90%, and the diverse team backgrounds inject a continuous stream of vitality into the company's innovation and development.
