On October 30, 2025, the P4 Package of the Saudi King's Port Project, constructed by Sinohydro Bureau 5 Co., Ltd., held a grand celebration for the full handover of onshore buildings in the Saudi Aramco owner's meeting room. P4 Package was the first to complete the handover of all onshore buildings.

The P4 Package comprises 48 individual onshore building units, with a massive project scale, complex technology, and harsh environment. On October 29, as the last unit—the B303 Multi-functional Comprehensive Building—completed all punch-list items and was successfully handed over, it marked the full victory of the P4 Package onshore building handover task, and the project entered its final sprint stage. Khalaf, the Owner's Project Manager of P4 Package, sent a letter of appreciation, in which he wrote: "This achievement demonstrates your firm commitment to quality, safety, and on-time completion. We sincerely appreciate the professionalism and hard work you have shown throughout the project."

The Saudi King's Port Project is located in the Ras Al Khair Industrial Park in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. It was personally founded and named by King Salman and is an important part of Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030." This project has set multiple world records: a site area of 11.25 square kilometers—the world's largest super shipyard; a giant gantry crane with a combined lifting weight of 2,100 tons—ranking among the top in the world in lifting capacity; a 25,000-ton ship lift capacity—the world's largest ship lift system; and a total quay length of 7 kilometers—the world's longest quay.
