At the ceremony, Zoomlion also grandly released a series of recent core achievements in the field of new energy components. This series of achievements has made multiple breakthroughs in technological innovation and performance optimization, covering integrated full-scenario solutions for lithium energy, electric drive, and hydrogen energy, demonstrating Zoomlion's leading strength in "full-stack self-developed technology and full-scenario adaptability."

The first to be released were lithium energy products, including three major battery series: the "Xiaoyun Series," the "Standard Box Series," and the "Mining Series." Among them, the Xiaoyun Series batteries achieve full coverage of the hybrid agricultural machinery model spectrum, can meet the 10-year service demand of host machines, and feature a wide temperature range design from -40°C to 60°C suitable for extreme working conditions; the Standard Box Series batteries support flexible expansion from 140 to 800 kWh, are equipped with fault protection mechanisms and online monitoring functions, and have accumulated more than 2.6 million kilometers of operation in new energy buses and mixer trucks; the Mining Series batteries meet the high safety requirements of mining areas with an ultra-strong structural design, and the self-developed battery management system enables real-time monitoring and remote diagnosis.

At the same time, the electric drive products released on site have core advantages such as high power density, high efficiency, and high reliability. With full-stack electric drive technology of "core components-system solutions-software ecosystem," they help electrify host products, including a 120 kW high-reluctance flat-wire motor, a 300 kW high-power dual-module main drive electronic control unit, a 700 kW mining truck electric drive powertrain, and a new energy power domain control platform. Among them, the new energy power domain control platform, with a 6-core high-performance main chip at its core, can complete more than 1,000 power adjustments per second, meeting the multi-domain control needs of the entire series of new energy machinery.

At the event, the company also grandly released a full-scenario integrated "production-refueling-use" hydrogen energy solution, including a full-chain layout from upstream hydrogen production and midstream hydrogen refueling to downstream hydrogen use. Upstream, it launched "green electricity + green hydrogen" PEM hydrogen production equipment, with a hydrogen production capacity of 10-200 Nm³/h, pressure up to 3 MPag, and DC power consumption as low as 3.6-4.2 kWh/Nm³ H₂; midstream, it launched Zoomlion's first 70 MPa skid-mounted hydrogen refueling station and high-pressure liquid-driven hydrogen refueling complete equipment, with strong hydrogen filling capacity and high utilization; downstream, the 300 kW distributed fuel cell power station provides a new path for low-carbon emission reduction in fields such as transportation and energy, and complete fuel cell power station equipment has also been launched, enriching the hydrogen use scenario ecosystem.
