Yang Dongsheng walked into the production workshops to learn in detail about process flows, localization progress, and intelligent construction. He emphasized the need to firmly advance the improvement of localized manufacturing capabilities, adhere to the principle that globalization means localization, seize the opportunity of the "No. 1 Project" of intelligent transformation, digital transformation, and networked connectivity to accelerate digital and intelligent upgrading, strengthen the integration of Chinese and Brazilian employees and localized training, promote China's advanced manufacturing standards overseas, and strive to build XCMG's overseas flagship factory.

"For localized operations, talent is key." At a symposium for Brazilian employees held at the XCMG Brazil office building, backbone employee representatives from various fronts shared their work experiences based on their own growth and actively offered suggestions.

Yang Dongsheng listened carefully to the speeches and expressed appreciation for the professionalism, sense of ownership, and strong willingness to grow together with the company demonstrated by the employees. He pointed out that XCMG Brazil Manufacturing is on the path of high-quality development and must firmly seize the opportunities of technological innovation and industrial transformation, continuously improve intelligent management levels, and build a model of XCMG's globalization and digital transformation.

At Schwing Brazil, Yang Dongsheng walked into the production workshops and listened to reports, expressing high recognition of product manufacturing capabilities, aftermarket results, and integration achievements. He required Schwing Brazil, in advancing its globalization strategy, to implement the T30 plan, focus on customers by launching a digitally empowered complete product portfolio, strictly control operational risks, and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in business results.

During the inspection, the delegation also went deep into market terminals, visited important customers, and conducted pragmatic exchanges with dealer partners to learn in detail about the actual performance of XCMG equipment under local working conditions.
