Zhen Wei delivered a presentation titled "Thoughts on Groundwater Level Changes in Beijing and Design Responses." Integrating engineering applications, he elaborated in detail on five aspects: the importance of anti-flotation, determination of the anti-flotation design water level, anti-flotation stability calculation, and issues related to anti-flotation anchor design. At the same time, drawing on typical engineering cases in the Beijing area, he analyzed in depth the mechanisms by which dynamic groundwater level changes affect the anti-flotation design of building structures, and proposed a dynamic anti-flotation design optimization method based on long-term water level monitoring data, providing an important reference for similar engineering practice.

Sun Hongwei delivered a presentation titled "Confusion over Test Pile Bearing Capacity." Drawing on test pile cases, he explained the difficulties faced in determining test pile bearing capacity values, discussed the influence of differing attitudes toward responsibility among various parties and factors considered in value determination, and analyzed the effects of post-grouting projects in different regions.

Yang Kai delivered a presentation titled "Analysis of Problems Encountered in Foundation Scheme Comparison and Selection." From six dimensions—comparison and selection of pile foundation schemes, comparison and selection of uplift piles, comparison and selection of natural foundation schemes, comparison and selection of the 400 mm-thick construction approach for foundation drainage trenches, comparison and selection of construction approaches for foundation slab reinforcement versus pile cap reinforcement, and whether moderate earthquakes should be considered in pile foundation calculations and how this should be implemented—he analyzed specific problems encountered in actual engineering projects and shared his experience, providing a reference for similar projects.

Wang Shuguang delivered a presentation titled "Discussion of Foundation Stiffness Issues," explaining in detail the importance of foundation stiffness and methods for classifying it, as well as the characteristics and design requirements of different types of foundations. Zhou Shengbin delivered a presentation titled "Design of the Deep and Large Foundation Pit of Tongzhou Super Hopson One and Analysis of the Synergistic Interaction of the Foundation of Super High-Rise Buildings," briefly introducing the Tongzhou Super Hopson One project and providing a detailed explanation of the project's co-construction with the subway and settlement calculations.
