On October 16, the teaching building construction project of the Zhalute Banner Special School and the inclusive education (regular-special integration) comprehensive building construction project of the Lubei Third Primary School, undertaken by PowerChina Municipal Corporation, passed the preliminary completion acceptance inspection.

This acceptance inspection was led by the Zhalute Banner Education and Sports Bureau, which jointly formed an acceptance working group with the Zhalute Banner Urban and Rural Construction Service Center, the design unit, the supervision unit, and the construction unit. The acceptance working group carried out the acceptance assessment systematically by combining desk review with on-site verification. The document review team comprehensively examined special construction plans, process quality control records, raw material testing reports, and other documents, confirming that all project documents were complete, authentic, and valid, and that management processes were standardized and orderly, meeting acceptance requirements. Following comprehensive assessment, the acceptance team unanimously determined that the project quality met design and specification requirements and agreed to pass the acceptance inspection.

The two projects in this acceptance inspection are key educational facility construction projects in Zhalute Banner. During construction, the project management department organized meticulously and managed scientifically, overcoming difficulties such as abnormal weather, tight material supply, and limited construction site space, and strengthened communication and coordination with all participating units to ensure adequate material supply; on the other hand, it optimized construction plans, improved construction efficiency, strictly controlled safety, quality, and schedule, and completed all construction tasks in strict accordance with the specified time nodes. The construction of the projects fundamentally resolves the problems of the special school having no fixed teaching premises and the school's comprehensive building having insufficient usable area, and is of great significance for improving the school's educational supporting facilities, enhancing the campus environment, raising the school's teaching level, and strengthening the school's attractiveness and logistical support capacity.
