Recently, the Shenyang Automobile City Intelligent Connected Building, constructed by PowerChina's Sinohydro Bureau 1 Co., Ltd., was officially put into use. The Intelligent Connected Building project is a key construction project in Shenyang. It is a high-rise building with a twin-tower appearance, featuring 2 basement levels and 23 above-ground levels, primarily serving as office space, with a total construction area of 88,109 square meters.

Since the commencement of the project, the construction team of Sinohydro Bureau 1 overcame challenges posed by geological conditions and restrictions on surrounding excavation conditions, achieving precise excavation of the deep foundation pit; they broke through the hoisting difficulties of the complex steel structure and witnessed the steady rise of the main framework; and they overcame the dual difficulties of the pandemic and severe cold, ensuring the project progress. This modern intelligent complex, meticulously built over more than three years, has become a new landmark in Dadong District, Shenyang, and will also serve as a "super brain" empowering future smart transportation for the local area.

During the construction process, the construction team of Sinohydro Bureau 1 always carried out standardized construction with high standards and strict requirements, went all out to focus on the project's milestone objectives, and adopted multiple measures to ensure safety and quality. The construction team overcame many unfavorable factors such as a narrow construction work area, a long rainy season, poor geological conditions, and repeated pandemic outbreaks, optimized resource allocation, actively communicated with the design institute to produce drawings and promptly completed drawing review and other work, escorting rapid on-site construction, greatly improving work efficiency, ensuring the smooth completion of construction tasks at each milestone of the main structure, and laying a solid foundation for project delivery.

After completion, the project will provide infrastructure support for the Automobile City area, be of great significance for promoting industrial development and urban construction, improving the urban environment, and perfecting urban functions, and provide strong support for building a high-quality livable place for ecology, production, and life.

With the project officially put into use, the Intelligent Connected Building will rely on the new planning and development of Dadong District to become a modern intelligent complex integrating exhibition, conference, office, commercial, urban command center, and other functions, and become an important engine for promoting high-quality regional economic development.
