Scientific and technological innovation is the wellspring of standards development. Inheriting the heritage and DNA of a national-level research institute, Zoomlion comprehensively advances scientific and technological innovation, actively pursues transformation and upgrading toward intelligence, green development, and digitalization, and creates high-end products and leading technologies for the industry. It is understood that in 2024 alone, Zoomlion successfully developed 548 new products, conquered 355 key technologies, created 9 world records and 15 industry-first products, and led multiple major project breakthroughs. Among them, the project "Key Technologies and Applications of Ultra-Large All-Terrain Cranes for Wind Turbine Hoisting Construction" won the first prize of the Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, demonstrating the company's technological leadership in the industry.

At the same time, this technological innovation strength is extending into the new track of humanoid robots. At the 2025 Internet Yuelu Summit, Zoomlion unveiled its Yungu embodied intelligence large model and toolchain, paired with humanoid robots capable of stable walking and precise sorting, with key components 100% independently developed, earning recognition for its leading technological strength. From the laboratory to a robot training ground with hundreds of workstations, from core algorithms to engineering applications, an intelligent standards system covering R&D, production, and application has taken shape in tandem, accelerating humanoid robots toward mass deployment.

Mastering core technologies means having the right to speak in standard-setting. Since leading the release of China's first national standard, the "Crane Design Code," in 1983, Zoomlion has continued to deepen its work in standards development, and its path in standards has extended to the global stage. To date, Zoomlion has led or participated in the formulation and revision of more than 580 national, industry, and association standards and 16 international standards, ranking first in the industry in number.

On the international stage, Zoomlion has achieved a leap from exporting technology and products to exporting standards. It not only brought the secretariat of the ISO Crane Technical Committee (ISO/TC96) to China, making it China's first international standardization secretariat in the equipment manufacturing industry, but also led the release of 5 international standards covering core fields such as lifting machinery and concrete machinery. Among them, the international standard for concrete pumps has achieved full-domain leadership in revision. A team of nearly 30 registered international standardization experts has made "Chinese standards" an important reference for global equipment manufacturing.
