Recently, the CGN Shilou Phase IV 100 MW wind power project undertaken by Henan Engineering Company officially commenced construction.

The project is located in a wind energy resource-rich area of the Loess Plateau and adopts 16 6.25 MW wind turbine generator sets, each equipped with one 35 kV box-type transformer, connected to the 220 kV booster substation of the already-built CGN Shilou 100 MW agricultural-photovoltaic energy storage power generation project. After completion, the project is expected to generate more than 230 million kWh of on-grid electricity annually, saving approximately 75,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 200,000 tons each year, equivalent to planting nearly one million trees. It is of great significance for optimizing the regional energy structure, ensuring the security of power supply, and promoting green and low-carbon development in the Lüliang mountainous area.

Next, Henan Engineering Company will strictly implement the work safety responsibility system, comply with all technical regulations and specifications, and manage project safety, quality, and progress effectively, ensuring the project advances safely, efficiently, and with high quality, and striving to build it into a new energy demonstration project on the Loess Plateau, injecting green momentum into local economic and social development.
