On September 23, the International Construction Machinery Exhibition (BICES 2025), themed "High-end Green, Smart Future," grandly opened at the Shunyi Hall of the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. This year's exhibition attracted 10,000 overseas professional visitors, with nearly 200 domestic and international news media providing all-round, three-dimensional coverage, and top global construction machinery enterprises gathering under one roof. At this exhibition, Heli displayed a total of 27 new energy complete machines, 7 intelligent stereoscopic warehouses and handling equipment, and more than 100 core components. During the event, Heli's segmented product born of customer insight—the K2 Series 8-ton lithium-battery container-entry truck—had its global premiere. As soon as the launch ceremony began, it became one of the focal exhibition areas with the largest visitor flow and the highest technological content at this year's exhibition. After the launch ceremony, Zhang Huajun, Deputy Director of the Electric Research Institute, provided an in-depth analysis of its leading performance and core technologies. The K2 Series 8t lithium-battery container-entry truck, with its "short and slim" compact structure, significantly enhances the inclusiveness of container-entry operations. It is equipped with a 336V high-voltage permanent magnet synchronous system, greatly improving charging efficiency and power output. Key components adopt an IP67 high-protection integrated power unit, unafraid of harsh working conditions. Automotive-grade voltage protection and an intelligent temperature-controlled water-cooling system comprehensively ensure that core components operate at appropriate temperatures, safe and reliable. The independent braking control system further strengthens the vehicle's operational efficiency. It fills the industry gap for large-tonnage lithium-battery forklifts under extreme heavy-load conditions with "zero emissions and high reliability," jointly promoting the upgrade of industrial vehicles from "general-purpose adaptation" to "customization for special working conditions."

New Energy Complete Machines Lead the Green Transformation

As another heavyweight product in the Heli exhibition area, the world's first 55-ton lithium-battery forklift marks a major breakthrough for Heli in large-tonnage lithium-battery technology. The vehicle is developed based on an imported integrated control system, supporting real-time display, intelligent diagnostics, and efficient human-machine interaction. Its hydraulic system adopts a separated brake and oil tank design, effectively controlling oil cleanliness and reducing system failures. The all-new fully enclosed cab, overhead wiper, and rearview camera system jointly enhance operational comfort and safety. In addition, Heli also launched a lithium-battery reach stacker, featuring a standardized battery pack design and a built-in automatic fire extinguishing system, supporting rapid battery swapping. The equipment is equipped with an electric direct-drive traction system for efficient and smooth operation; the dual energy recovery system for braking and luffing, combined with boom potential energy regeneration, effectively extends endurance. The high-speed-ratio drive axle enhances torque output, and the digital instrument panel works in coordination with the BMS detection system and boom safety control system to comprehensively ensure equipment stability and operational safety. In addition, Heli's star models such as hydrogen fuel cell forklifts, telehandlers, rough-terrain forklifts, explosion-proof forklifts, front dual-drive lithium-battery forklifts, and high-level order pickers were displayed separately.

Intelligent Logistics Accelerates Unmanned Implementation

In the intelligent logistics section, Heli collectively presented its self-developed Panda AGVs, three-way forklifts, and stacker cranes, all supporting multi-level coordinated scheduling and possessing more than 200 patented technologies. This series of products is particularly suitable for narrow-aisle scenarios, significantly increasing storage capacity and inbound/outbound efficiency while reducing reliance on manual labor. In line with national green manufacturing policies, it uses pure electric technology to help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency, achieving low-carbon operations.
