Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the meeting thoroughly studied and grasped General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on development strategy and planning, earnestly implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council as well as the relevant work requirements of SASAC, and conducted concentrated discussion and deployment of the formulation of the "15th Five-Year Plan" to lay a solid foundation for a good start to the "15th Five-Year Plan."

The meeting emphasized that the company's leadership and staff at all levels must raise their political stance, deeply understand the important strategic significance of the "15th Five-Year Plan," accurately grasp the work requirements for the development plans of central enterprises, identify their own positioning, formulate the "15th Five-Year Plan" with high quality, and better play the roles of scientific and technological innovation, industrial control, and security support。

The meeting required that the new development situation during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period be thoroughly analyzed, development priorities be well planned, work measures be scientifically formulated, the guiding role of the plan in the company's reform and development be better leveraged, and three aspects of work be highlighted. First, fully recognize the extreme importance of the "15th Five-Year Plan," seize the window of opportunity, and further highlight the company's position in the national strategic scientific and technological strength by the end of the "15th Five-Year Plan." Second, identify one's own positioning, scientifically set planning goals, plan key tasks and implementation paths well, and unswervingly make the company stronger, better, and larger.
