Recently, the Yulin No. 21 Middle School, comprehensive building, and surrounding municipal supporting works undertaken by the Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd. successfully completed phased delivery and were officially put into use. The first batch of students has moved in smoothly and begun regular teaching courses.

The nine-year consistent school at Plot A2-7, Section N3 of the Xiaoxisha Shantytown Renovation Project in Yuyang District, Yulin City, is located north of Chongwen Road, south of Yingbin Avenue, and east of Wenhua North Road in Yuyang District, Yulin City. Since the project was launched, it has attracted attention from all parties, among which the construction of No. 21 Middle School and No. 21 Primary School is the top priority. The project covers office buildings, dormitory buildings, the junior high school section, the primary school section, an all-weather sports field, a student cafeteria, and related supporting facilities. Adhering to the concept of "education first, green and smart," it innovatively employs comprehensive modern methods to create an educational environment in harmonious integration with the city; the campus design cleverly utilizes space to create comfortable and vibrant places for study and work, breaks traditional zoning, and showcases diversified educational characteristics through refined details, creating an educational space full of vitality, innovation, and harmony.

Facing multiple challenges such as complex geological conditions, a tight schedule, and frequent extreme weather, the project team adhered to the principle of "quality first, safety foremost" and implemented a mechanism of "chart-based operations and reverse-scheduled construction." From foundation construction, main structure, and interior decoration to equipment installation, every stage was refined to ensure a safe and comfortable learning environment for teachers and students. At the same time, the project team actively practiced the concept of green construction and, through scientific construction organization and environmental protection measures, minimized the impact of construction on the surrounding environment and residents' lives, winning unanimous recognition and praise from local residents.

At the same time, the project team advanced the construction of supporting works such as surrounding municipal roads, pipe networks, and landscaping in parallel. Through multi-party coordination with the government, communities, and residents, issues such as the handover of construction interfaces and material transportation were efficiently resolved, ultimately achieving seamless connection between municipal supporting facilities and school building construction.

Today, the wide and smooth campus roads, the improved water and electricity supply systems, and the landscaped green belts have been fully put into use, providing convenient conditions for the school's daily operations and the lives of surrounding residents, and have been highly recognized by the Yulin Municipal Education Bureau. The project department is concentrating its efforts on the remaining works and accelerating construction progress, with overall delivery expected to be achieved before the end of September 2025.

After the project is completed and put into use, it will add more than 2,000 school places, effectively alleviating the pressure on school enrollment in the area, providing local residents with higher-quality educational resources and living conditions, and injecting new vitality into the educational development of Yulin City.
