Recently, the company's Education and Training Center's 2025 Electrical Testing and Commissioning Technology Training Class concluded successfully in Nanchang, with 60 technical backbone personnel from 13 subsidiary enterprises of the Group Corporation participating in a five-day intensive training program.
During the training, trainees with diverse work experiences gathered together, spending day and night together, studying attentively, and engaging in sincere exchanges. On the first day of the class, trainees quickly broke the ice through activities such as "name chain" and "group competition," and further narrowed the distance between each other through regional topics during interactions, forging team spirit for the subsequent group practical training. Everyone communicated with and helped one another, transferring knowledge through sharing, better understanding what they learned, and drawing inspiration and reflection from others' feedback. In just a few days, they achieved encouraging results and forged deep friendships.
This training was the third time Jiangxi Hydropower Company has hosted a Group-level electrical testing specialized training. To achieve "deep integration of theory and practice," the training specially invited experts from China Three Gorges University and frontline craftsmen from Jiangxi Hydropower Company to jointly teach, ensuring that instruction combined professional depth with practical guidance. The courses centered on cutting-edge fields such as high-voltage testing, relay protection commissioning, and new energy grid-connection testing, and specifically included practical assessment sessions for relay protection and high-voltage testing. By simulating real work scenarios, trainees were guided to independently identify, analyze, and solve problems during hands-on practice, effectively improving their proficiency in technical application and on-site handling capabilities. The training ultimately relied on a three-dimensional cultivation model of "theory as the foundation + practical empowerment" to comprehensively strengthen trainees' professional skills.
At the closing ceremony, everyone watched a training review video together, jointly witnessing the process of 60 trainees being tempered and growing and successfully completing their studies, and reliving this brief yet unforgettable training period. The meeting commended 6 outstanding trainees and presented them with honorary certificates.
Trainees expressed that they will strive for excellence and forge ahead in their future positions, upholding the "three hearts": first, "always maintain a sense of responsibility," taking "zero error in insulation testing and zero defect in whole-group commissioning" as their professional standard; second, "temper craftsmanship," applying the standardized processes learned in training to major projects such as pumped-storage hydropower stations; third, "stimulate a pioneering spirit," striving to be "commissioning pioneers" in new energy fields such as wind power and photovoltaics.
As a strategic measure of the Group Corporation for building its electrical professional workforce, this training relied on an open technical platform to achieve knowledge sharing that breaks down barriers and promotes collaboration, practical cultivation that enhances backbone capabilities, and transformation of results into quantifiable benefits, providing strong talent support for building a world-class enterprise.
