On September 12, 2025, the General Assembly for the Leadership Transition of the Wuxi Cross-Border E-Commerce SME Chamber of Commerce and the Celebration of Its 10th Anniversary concluded successfully at the Wuxi Jinling Hotel InterContinental. Xin Peng, Chairman of Jiangsu Tysim Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tysim Machinery"), was formally elected as the new President of the Chamber through a secret ballot, in recognition of his deep expertise in cross-border manufacturing and his years of practical collaboration with Chamber members in jointly expanding markets. This election not only marks Tysim Machinery's role as an industry leader in driving industrial integration, but also opens a new journey of deep engagement and shared growth among Tysim Machinery, the Chamber, and its member enterprises.

The conference strictly followed the agenda of the Chamber's Third First Members' Meeting, proceeding through three orderly stages: the Members' Meeting, the New Council Meeting, and the Resumed Members' Meeting. After the conference officially opened at 15:00, all attendees sang the National Anthem, followed by reports on the preparations for the leadership transition election, a ten-year development summary delivered by outgoing President Zhang Xiaodong, the outgoing Council's financial report, and the Supervisory Board's report. After deliberation by representatives of all member enterprises, the meeting voted to adopt the newly revised Chamber Constitution, the Election Procedures, and the Membership Fee Standards and Management Measures, laying an institutional foundation for the Chamber's standardized development.

In the core election segment, the conference first produced the new Council members and supervisors through secret ballot, then convened the first meeting of the new Council to determine the standing council members and the Secretary-General. Finally, during the resumed Members' Meeting, Xin Peng was elected President of the Chamber by unanimous vote and received the official plaque. The entire election process was open and transparent throughout, fully reflecting the high recognition of Xin Peng and Tysim Machinery by the Chamber's member enterprises.

As an entrepreneur with years of deep involvement in the piling machinery sector of construction equipment, Xin Peng has led Tysim Machinery in building a "manufacturing + cross-border" model that offers the industry a replicable template for going global. In recent years, under his leadership, Tysim Machinery has successfully exported products to more than 60 countries and regions overseas, accumulating rich practical experience for the cross-border development of SMEs.

After his election, Xin Peng delivered a speech: he thanked the attending leaders, guests, and all those who support the Chamber, paying special tribute to the previous Council (Song Huajiang, Zhang Xiaodong, and others); he stated that, having earned the trust of the members, he feels both honored and aware of his responsibilities, and will share the mission with the new Council. Xin Peng noted that Wuxi possesses superior foundations for cross-border e-commerce development and that the Chamber has achieved remarkable results in the past; as the industry now faces both opportunities and challenges, the new Council will focus on the mission of "serving members, standardizing the industry, and promoting development" and advance five areas of work: first, precision services—conducting operational compliance training and connecting with industry chains; second, pooling resources—coordinating with government, enterprises, and academic institutions to secure policies and financing; third, integrating resources—jointly building overseas warehouses to reduce costs and improve efficiency; fourth, driving innovation—guiding digital transformation and organizing overseas study tours; fifth, strengthening self-development—improving mechanisms to build a "home for members, learning, and progress." Finally, Xin Peng called on members to participate in building the Chamber and join hands in expanding markets, expressing confidence that with support from all parties the Chamber will help drive high-quality development of Wuxi's foreign trade, and wishing the conference complete success.

"Just as Tysim's small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs can work in coordination with construction teams to handle complex geological conditions, the Chamber should also become the 'collaborative equipment' through which Tysim and member enterprises stand shoulder to shoulder in crossing international trade barriers." Xin Peng used the collaborative philosophy of the construction machinery field as a metaphor for the Chamber's development, highlighting both the pragmatic DNA of a manufacturing enterprise and the core idea of "growing together." Following this election, Tysim Machinery will further deepen collaboration with Chamber members: from sharing experience in overseas localization to jointly addressing international trade risks, working together with the Chamber and member enterprises to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of Wuxi's cross-border e-commerce industry.
