To further strengthen grassroots safety management and enhance the safety awareness of all employees, on September 12, Pangyuan Leasing, in accordance with the "Team Safety Education Management Measures," organized the Safety Supervision Department to go deep into grassroots units, focusing on back-yard teams (loading and unloading, painting, welding, and maintenance teams) to carry out comprehensive and meticulous safety inspection work. The purpose of this inspection was to ensure that all safety systems are effectively implemented at the grassroots level, to promptly identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, and to provide solid guarantees for the company's stable operations. 

In accordance with the requirements of the "Measures" and using past typical accident cases as warnings, the Safety Supervision Department went to the grassroots teams of Shanghai Yidong and Pangyuan Machinery Construction. Through methods such as reviewing documents, on-site inspections, and random questioning, it conducted key inspections on the implementation of the work safety responsibility system, the conduct of team safety education and training, the provision and use of safety tools and equipment, and on-site work safety standards. By carefully checking the team safety registration records, it ensured that safety education work is advanced solidly as required. It conducted a one-by-one investigation of the operating conditions of production equipment and the integrity of safety protection facilities, not overlooking any detail that might pose a safety risk. At the same time, it randomly questioned frontline employees about safety operating procedures and emergency response knowledge to test their grasp of safety knowledge.

This publicity and implementation effort precisely put safety management work into practice, extending vertically down to the grassroots "nerve endings." This inspection highlighted "hands-on teaching and point-to-point correction," not only setting a normative benchmark for the back-yard safety management of subsidiaries, but also, with the clear attitude of "the headquarters taking the lead in grasping it and the grassroots doing it solidly," demonstrating the company's high regard for team safety and providing a learnable and referenceable basis for the safety management work of each subsidiary.

During the inspection, in response to the problems that arose, the Safety Supervision Department put forward rectification opinions on site, specified rectification deadlines, and required the relevant responsible persons to immediately formulate rectification measures to ensure that the problems are thoroughly resolved. At the same time, the Safety Supervision Department emphasized that Shanghai Yidong and Pangyuan Machinery Construction must fully recognize the importance of safety work, strictly follow the requirements of the "Team Safety Education Management Measures," continue to strengthen safety education and training, and continuously improve employees' safety awareness and operational skills. They must further improve the safety management system, strengthen the implementation of safety responsibilities, and integrate safety work into every link of production.

This in-depth safety team inspection of Shanghai Yidong and Pangyuan Machinery Construction, in accordance with the requirements of the "Measures," not only promptly identified and resolved some safety hazards, but also provided a strong basis for strengthening the safety management of each subsidiary. Next, Pangyuan Leasing will take this publicity and implementation of the "Measures" and the inspection as an opportunity to carry out "look-back" safety inspections through "regular supervision and notification-based assessment," urge each grassroots unit to effectively implement rectification measures, and form a long-term safety management mechanism and a rigorous performance assessment mechanism, ensuring that the company's work safety situation continues to remain stable and improving.
