Recently, Sunward's self-developed largest-tonnage vertical-lift crawler skid-steer loader, the SWTL5238, achieved batch shipment and was officially exported to the North American market.

The product features an all-new exterior and interior design, with a concise profile and clear contours, reflecting a strong sense of technology and structural power. Its core vertical-lift mechanism is independently developed by Sunward, offering greater lift height and smaller lift verticality, further improving operating efficiency. The cab door innovatively adopts an upward-flipping structure instead of the traditional side-opening door, allowing operators to open and close the door freely at any position of the boom, enhancing operating convenience and emergency safety performance.

The SWTL5238 is equipped with a fully enclosed positive-pressure cab, significantly enhancing sealing performance and adapting to dusty working environments. The wraparound interior layout makes the arrangement of the display screen and controls more rational, improving operating comfort. The machine adopts an electronically controlled auxiliary hydraulic system, which helps utilize engine power more efficiently and integrates multiple driver-assistance functions, improving overall machine performance while reducing operator fatigue. In addition, the rear-mounted independent cooling system supports motor temperature-based speed regulation and reverse blowing, achieving a good balance between cooling performance and noise control, improving cold-start capability and optimizing overall engine performance.
