Obtaining system certification is not the end, but a new starting point for deepening management and pursuing excellence. Yongan Heavy Industry will take system certification as an opportunity to leverage the policy advantages of government qualifications already obtained, such as National High-Tech Enterprise and Provincial Science and Technology SME, and on the basis of6 invention patents, 34 utility model patents, 1 provincial-level new product, 1 provincial first-of-its-kind product, participation in the formulation of 5 group standards,strategic cooperation with Wenzhou University of Technology, and so on, further strengthen process control and safeguard the "hard power" of products. By strictly following system standards, optimizing production processes, and strengthening monitoring of key nodes, it ensures that every offshore engineering equipment unit leaving the factory meets or even exceeds design requirements and customer expectations, with lower failure rates and longer service life.

On February 24 this year, the company rolled off the production linethe super-large hydraulic pile hammer YC-280, with a hammer core of 280 tons and a maximum striking energy of 5,000 kilojoules, which is the world's extra-large single-acting hydraulic pile hammer.This equipment broke the long-term monopoly of overseas enterprises in this field and provided a "Chinese solution" for the offshore wind power sector.

In the future, the company will take this system certification as a breakthrough, implement the principle of developing one generation and reserving one generation in product development, and on the basis of the successful development of the YC-280 this year,is developing products such as the YS280 and YS350 to continuously solve the difficulties existing in the installation of large and super-large pipe piles in offshore construction such as offshore wind power and offshore oil production platforms,and provide comprehensive solutions for the construction and installation of large and super-large offshore pipe piles that can adapt to various sea conditions!
