On the morning of September 1, He Jihua, Vice Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chain Chief of the Provincial Construction Machinery Industry Chain, conducted a research visit to Sunward Intelligent Equipment. The purpose of this visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's production, operations, and innovation-driven development, and to further promote the coordinated development and upgrading of the province's construction machinery industry chain.

He Jihua and his delegation first visited the Sunward Mining and Rock Equipment workshop, where they inspected the production and manufacturing processes on site and learned in detail about the company's core product R&D, independent supporting facilities, and market expansion. He Jihua stopped from time to time to ask questions, and expressed high appreciation for the achievements Sunward Intelligent has made by adhering to technological innovation and focusing on high-end equipment manufacturing.

At the subsequent symposium, Sunward Intelligent and Sany Group separately reported on their production and operations in the first half of the year, and put forward suggestions on strengthening and supplementing the industry chain, collaborative innovation, and optimizing the industrial ecosystem. The participating units held in-depth exchanges on technological breakthroughs, supporting policies, financial empowerment, and other aspects.

He Jihua said that enterprises should vigorously promote industrial upgrading and develop their industries in the direction of globalization, digital intelligence, low-carbon development, and systematization; should actively cultivate core products and do a good job in fostering electrification and digital-intelligent industry chain clusters; and should persist in driving industrial development with first-class standards, high-quality products, and leading enterprises, and be bold in phasing out products with low profits, redundant construction, and severe "involution." It is necessary to build a basic service system for the development of the industry chain, comprehensively collect, sort out, and analyze and build an international construction machinery industry standards system, as well as a legal and regulatory system conducive to products entering the international market; to strengthen integrated industrial innovation, open up new application scenarios, explore the layout of major equipment testing platforms and test bases, strive to achieve new breakthroughs in overseas financing and product innovation, and deeply participate in and follow up on major national engineering projects; and to focus on solving problems such as land for testing platforms, intelligent networking construction, bidding for major projects, and foreign-related legal standards for products, so as to promote the Hunan construction machinery industry to become stronger and more competitive globally.
