On August 29, CRCHI (China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation) held a promotion meeting for the safety production "Thunder Action," thoroughly implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and directives on safety production, and implementing the deployment requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and China Railway Construction's safety production "Thunder Action," further promoting the deepening and solid implementation of the safety production "Thunder Action" to achieve tangible results. Hu Bin, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of CRCHI, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

The meeting emphasized the need to raise political awareness and truly place safety production in an important position of "higher than everything, more important than everything, ahead of everything, and affecting everything." From a political standpoint, it is necessary to deeply understand the extreme importance of safety production, treat the safety production "Thunder Action" as the current top priority, effectively transmit work requirements to the grassroots level, and resolutely ensure overall safety and stability.

The meeting required focusing on responsibility implementation and consolidating safety production responsibilities for all staff; focusing on full-domain inspections to ensure no dead corners or blind spots; focusing on list-based rectification to ensure closed-loop management of hidden dangers; focusing on key training to enhance safety handling capabilities; and focusing on the implementation of measures to ensure the action achieves tangible results. It is necessary to closely monitor key businesses, key links, key areas, and special periods, and closely monitor the safety of major equipment experiments, tests, and commissioning processes as well as the operation and maintenance safety of special equipment. It is necessary to coordinate the promotion of the three-year action for fundamental safety production improvement and the "Thunder Action," strictly fulfill the responsibilities of principal leaders, organize and improve the list of contracted responsibilities, formulate work plans, lead teams to carry out safety production supervision and inspections, and require management personnel at all levels to proactively implement contracted responsibilities and solidly advance the deepening and solid implementation of the safety production "Thunder Action."
