On August 27, the "2025 Guangxi Corporate Social Responsibility Annual Conference," hosted by the Autonomous Region Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Guangxi Enterprise and Entrepreneur Confederation, was held in Nanning. Yuchai and 88 other enterprises from the region collectively released their 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility Reports at the conference.

Since 2014, the Guangxi Corporate Social Responsibility Annual Conference has been successfully held for twelve consecutive years and is currently the highest-level, largest-scale, and most influential centralized release platform for corporate social responsibility reports in Guangxi.

As a leader in China's internal combustion engine industry, in 2024 Yuchai, guided by its 1335 strategy, built a green value system and devoted full efforts to developing low-carbon and zero-carbon green power, launching innovative products such as the YCK15M, the domestically most powerful methanol range-extender product; the YCK16LN, the industry's highest-thermal-efficiency gas engine in mass production; the YC16VTDH, the first megawatt-class hydrogen fuel power generation engine; and the YC6CAXM, the first dual-direct-injection methanol marine engine. In addition, two hydrogen engines including the YCK15H began demonstration operation installed in complete vehicles, and the world's first tractor intelligent-drive continuously variable transmission powertrain assembly achieved mass production, adding new momentum to the achievement of China's "dual carbon" strategic goals.

It is reported that Yuchai's 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility Report was prepared with reference to the "CASS-ESG 5.0 Guidelines for Chinese Corporate Social Responsibility Reports" and the "GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards 2016," and is divided into seven chapters, including carrying out responsible governance, helping customers succeed, protecting the natural environment, building a harmonious Yuchai, and giving back warmly to society. Since releasing its first social responsibility report in June 2008, Yuchai has published a social responsibility report for 17 consecutive years.
