Recently, the Enforcement and Inspection Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation announced the first batch of member enterprises of the "Brand Guardian" government-enterprise collaboration mechanism.       The "Brand Guardian" government-enterprise collaboration mechanism was initiated and established by the Enforcement and Inspection Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation. It aims to implement the national intellectual property protection strategy by strengthening collaboration between market regulation departments at all levels and trademark-owner enterprises, pooling the strength of all parties to form a powerful joint force against infringement and counterfeiting, thereby safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and ensuring a fair competitive market order.

      It is reported that the first batch of member list was recommended by market regulation departments across the country and screened at multiple levels by the State Administration for Market Regulation, with 60 enterprises selected, including Huawei, Moutai, Vatti, Procter & Gamble,Seresand others, covering leading enterprises in multiple important fields such as new energy, technology, home appliances, and food.
