1. Generally under 35 years of age; have obtained a doctoral degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or related fields within the past 3 years, or be about to obtain one.

2. Have achieved preliminary research results in environmental geotechnical engineering, tailings safety prevention and control, ecological utilization, or related fields, with a certain research foundation.

3. Strong research capability, professional dedication, and innovative ability.

4. Good team spirit, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to independently carry out research projects.

5. Able to work full-time on postdoctoral research.

1. Salary and benefits shall follow the relevant regulations of Guangxi University for postdoctoral researchers, with a pre-tax base annual salary of no less than 250,000 RMB.

2. Those who meet the funding conditions and pass the review may additionally receive special postdoctoral funding support from the autonomous region; the research group will also provide no less than 100,000 RMB in research performance pay based on work performance.

3. Provide no less than 300,000 RMB in research start-up funding for preliminary project research and participation in academic conferences, and assist postdoctoral researchers in applying for postdoctoral funds, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and other research projects.

4. Provide working conditions for postdoctoral research and, based on the research project, form a research team composed of graduate students to support the conduct of research tasks.

5. After entering the station, postdoctoral researchers may voluntarily choose to settle in Nanning; their spouses and minor children may apply for accompanying household registration, and their children's daycare and schooling shall follow the relevant regulations of Nanning.
