On August 21, 2025, Mr. Fei Chunjiang, Chairman, General Manager and CEO of Komatsu (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Komatsu China), accompanied by Mr. Han Tian, Chairman of Hebei Komatsu (a Komatsu distributor), visited the Equipment Leasing Branch of China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Pipeline Bureau Equipment Leasing Company).

Mr. Ma Chunqing, Director and Party Committee Secretary of the Pipeline Bureau Equipment Leasing Company, together with heads of relevant departments, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Komatsu China and Hebei Komatsu, and gave an overall introduction to the company's business. Mr. Fei Chunjiang, Chairman of Komatsu China, introduced the business development of Komatsu China, and exchanged views on the remanufacturing, used equipment trading, and digital applications involved in Komatsu's BM activity plan. Finally, the three parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Langfang, Hebei.
