On August 18, the Shandong Lingong 2025 New Employee Executive Meeting, themed "In the Name of Elite, Strive for the Pinnacle of Intelligent Manufacturing," was successfully held. Song Xiaoying, Executive Deputy General Manager of Shandong Lingong, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhou Weisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union, along with representatives of the company's management, also attended.

In her speech, Ms. Song first reviewed Shandong Lingong's glorious journey since its founding in 1972, when 173 builders started from nothing through arduous entrepreneurship and gradually grew into a leading enterprise in China's construction machinery industry. She emphasized that the new generation of Lingong people should inherit and carry forward this entrepreneurial spirit and the Lingong spirit of the new era, firmly practice the development philosophy of "Efficiency First, Technology Leading," continue to achieve breakthroughs in frontier fields such as new energy and intelligentization, and contribute to the grand vision of building the company into a "World Brand, Century Lingong." 

Building on this new historical starting point, Ms. Song further pointed out that, centering on the goal of "becoming an international leading enterprise in construction machinery," the company is comprehensively advancing digital transformation and upgrading, building an ecological development pattern, implementing a high-end product strategy and an international market layout, and creating a broad stage for new employees to display their talents and realize their dreams. To help new employees integrate quickly and accelerate their growth, the company has tailor-made a one-year "Elite Program," which, through job rotation practice, mentor guidance, skills competitions, and other forms, achieves a triple integration of "theory and practice, specialty and general knowledge, short term and long term," and is supported by a trinity guarantee mechanism of "honor + training + care," providing full support for new employees' skills improvement and innovation practice.

During the meeting, Zhou Weisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union, distributed onboarding care allowances to representatives of the new employees. Representatives of the 2024 cohort shared their experiences and gains since joining, and representatives of the 2025 new employees also made statements, demonstrating the vitality and confidence of Lingong's new generation. 

After the meeting, Assistant General Manager Liu Shuqiang delivered a special report entitled "Development Trends of Construction Machinery" to the newcomers, systematically explaining the industry's prospects and the direction of technological change.
