据了解，榆林汽车产业园公租房项目占地总面积117.83亩，规划建设公共租赁住房1260套，总建筑面积11.42万平方米，概算总投资2.4亿元。建设资金除中、省、市补贴外，剩余部分由申请公租住房的入园企业承担。项目建成后，将成为该园区配套生活服务设施的一大亮点，成为企业外来务工人员的温暖家园。同时，也是该区在保障性住房建设筹资模式上的一大创新，有效解决了资金短缺困难，提高建设和运行效率。
