Recently, the Kanghengyuan medical and elderly care integrated project in Sanmenxia City, implemented under the leadership of the Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co., Ltd., has been successfully completed. This project is a key project for deepening central-local cooperation, filling the gap in the field of high-end medical and elderly care complexes in Sanmenxia City, establishing a distinctive brand in the Golden Triangle of the Yellow River, precisely meeting the public's demand for high-quality health services, and becoming a warm model of "care for the elderly and excellent care facilities."

The project is located south of Heping Road and east of Daling Road in Sanmenxia City, with a total construction area of approximately 178,000 square meters, divided into three major areas: the Kanghengyuan medical and elderly care integrated zone, the Fenglin Jingyuan residential community, and the comprehensive outpatient building. Relying on the Yellow River Sanmenxia Hospital, the project features approximately 624 elderly care units, creating a modern high-end health and wellness community integrating medical care, health and wellness, residence, and commerce, as well as an elderly care industry research and training base and a health and wellness talent training base.

With "smart medical care, care for all ages" as its core concept, the project fully integrates intelligent technology, equipped with smart home systems such as intelligent lighting, environmental monitoring, bedside smart call, and smart door locks. Covered corridors connect the courtyards, ensuring barrier-free access around the clock. Specially designed bathrooms, handrails, and toilets, with thoughtful age-friendly details throughout, create a meticulous care environment. The nursing care area and medical station are laid out with zero distance between them, enabling a 30-second emergency response. The campus features a second-floor corridor directly connecting to the Yellow River Hospital, with a 5-minute emergency response circle ensuring zero-distance medical care, and a green channel ensuring efficient referral connections.

During construction, the project strengthened process control and quality risk pre-control through a smart construction site system, gaining real-time control of the dynamics of personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment, and deeply applying BIM technology for precise simulation of pipelines and embedded parts in key areas, ensuring "zero-error" positioning. It actively applied high-strength steel bars, prefabricated supports and hangers, and other items, with 17 "four new technologies" improving quality and efficiency, strictly implementing 21 special construction plans prepared according to project characteristics, and dynamically managing a list of 67 key quality risks, ensuring risks are known, controllable, and eliminable. It deepened the application of the "first-piece system," formed standards through joint acceptance and strictly promoted them, and carried out "look-back" reviews to ensure implementation. The project's BIM refined management application results won the first prize in the National Construction Engineering BIM Construction Case.
