On July 4, Chen Zhiliang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Gansu Construction Investment (Holdings) Group, and Cai Zhongwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Civil Engineering Company, led a delegation to Gansu Mechanical & Electrical Vocational College for a discussion and exchange on university-enterprise cooperation.

Accompanied by the college leadership, Chen Zhiliang and his delegation visited the Machinery Museum and the training base. In the Machinery Museum, exhibits tracing the evolution from ancient mechanical devices to modern intelligent equipment vividly presented the development trajectory of the machinery industry, and Chen Zhiliang and his delegation highly praised the college's innovative model of leveraging historical and cultural resources for professional education. At the training base, students skillfully operated advanced equipment to carry out practical projects in workshops for CNC machining, intelligent welding, and BIM technology application. Chen Zhiliang learned in detail about the training course design and teaching outcomes, fully affirmed the college's "integration of theory and practice" teaching philosophy and comprehensive training conditions, and offered suggestions on aligning training content with enterprise job requirements.

After the visit, the Civil Engineering Company and Gansu Mechanical & Electrical Vocational College held a university-enterprise cooperation signing ceremony. The two sides reached a cooperation consensus on core topics such as joint talent cultivation, technological innovation, and resource sharing. Chen Zhiliang stated that Gansu Construction Investment has an urgent need for highly skilled talent in fields such as green construction and intelligent construction, and looks forward to relying on the college's quality educational resources to deliver interdisciplinary talent with both theoretical grounding and practical ability to the enterprise through order-based training and joint training bases; at the same time, he hopes the two sides will carry out collaborative innovation in construction technology R&D and process optimization.
