Recently, leveraging its strong capabilities, PowerChina Nuclear Engineering Company signed the conventional island and BOP installation project for Units 5 and 6 of Phase II of the Fujian Ningde Nuclear Power Plant, and subsequently won the bid for Section II of the conventional island and BOP installation project for Units 3 and 4 of Phase II of the Guangdong Taipingling Nuclear Power Plant and the conventional island and BOP installation project for Units 1 and 2 of the Guangdong Lufeng Nuclear Power Plant. The total contract value of the three projects is nearly RMB 2.5 billion. These consecutive wins of multiple nuclear power projects highlight the company's outstanding strength in the nuclear power engineering field.

The Ningde Nuclear Power Station is located in Taimushan Town, Fuding City, under the jurisdiction of Ningde City, Fujian Province. It is planned to build six million-kilowatt-class nuclear power units in two phases, and is the first nuclear power station in Fujian Province to start construction and be put into operation. Among them, the Phase II project of Ningde adopts "Hualong One," China's self-developed third-generation nuclear power technology with fully independent intellectual property rights. A single unit generates nearly 10 billion kWh of electricity annually, enough to meet the annual production and living electricity demand of nearly 1 million people in a moderately developed country. Its safety systems meet the highest international standards, and once completed, it will significantly enhance Fujian Province's clean energy supply capacity and help achieve the "dual carbon" goals.

The Taipingling Nuclear Power Station is located in Huangbu Town, Huidong County, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, and is the first "Hualong One" nuclear power project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Once fully completed, the project is expected to generate more than 50 billion kWh of electricity annually, equivalent to reducing standard coal consumption by more than 15 million tons and carbon dioxide emissions by more than 41 million tons per year.

The Lufeng Nuclear Power Station is located in Jieshi Town, Lufeng City, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province. It is the first nuclear power base to start construction in eastern Guangdong and has been included in the National Energy Development Strategic Action Plan. The project plans to build six units using advanced third-generation nuclear power technology, with a total installed capacity of 7.2 million kilowatts. Among them, the two units of Phase I adopt CAP1000 technology, with a single unit installed capacity of 1.25 million kilowatts. The project is of strategic significance to the energy structure transformation of eastern Guangdong and the coordinated industrial development of Guangdong and Hong Kong.
