Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology officially announced the assessment and evaluation results of the 2025 Public Training Projects for the Conversion of Old and New Growth Drivers. Following rigorous review, the Shandong Lingong Comprehensive Training Center,凭借 its outstanding achievements in skilled talent cultivation and the construction and operation of training bases, was successfully selected for the province's top ten "Excellent Projects" list, becoming the only unit in Linyi City to receive this honor this year! 

This honor is a high recognition of Shandong Lingong's deep commitment to skilled talent cultivation and its continuous improvement of training capabilities. Over the past year, the training center has achieved remarkable results in its construction.

Hardware upgrades, consolidating the foundation: On the eve of hosting the National Construction Machinery Industry Employee Vocational Skills Competition, the Shandong Lingong Comprehensive Training Center underwent comprehensive upgrading and renovation. It optimized the on-site layout and added three major training venues for electricians, turners, and the disassembly and assembly of core components, while also optimizing the welding and fitter training sites, effectively meeting the urgent needs of the company's global service and production systems for skills training.

Independent innovation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement: In terms of equipment and facilities, the Shandong Lingong Comprehensive Training Center, in collaboration with the Qiu Feng National-Level Master Technician Studio, coordinated with production workshops and technician teams to completely independently design and produce a PLC electrical platform and a high-precision fitter training platform. These platforms not only reached industry-leading levels but also achieved cost reduction and efficiency improvement, saving more than 700,000 yuan in costs.

Resource integration, green and efficient: The center made full use of equipment resources dismantled from other workshops, deploying dust removal systems, stereoscopic racks, and operating platforms, while simultaneously renovating and upgrading supporting facilities such as environmental protection and storage, successfully building a green, efficient, and fully functional modern training ecosystem.

Talent cultivation, fruitful results: Relying on its strong training platforms, the center carried out 13 specialized skills training programs intensively throughout the year, including high-precision fitter special training classes, welding skills rotation training classes, special operations, and loading/excavator driving certification; for global service managers, on-site mine service personnel, and service personnel of dealership units, it completed 24 sessions of high-quality skills training and certification, significantly improving the skill levels of employees in key positions.

Industry-education integration, serving society: As the core training base of the "Lingong Tour" school-enterprise cooperation project, the center provides practical training for students from numerous universities and vocational colleges, including Zhejiang University, Shandong University, Chang'an University, Yanshan University, Linyi University, and Rizhao Polytechnic, deepening the integration of industry and education.

Skills evaluation, supporting development: Over the past year, as the company's main front for vocational skill level evaluation, the training center has carried out skills evaluation activities on a regular basis, helping more than 400 employee person-times improve their vocational skill levels, providing solid high-skilled talent support for the company in honor applications and major project bidding.

Establishing new aspirations to embark on a new journey, opening a new chapter to compose a new canto. Next, the training center will continue to make sustained efforts. Internally, it is committed to providing service personnel with a more standardized training and certification system, strongly supporting the company's international strategic layout and its demand for high-level talent. Externally, it will actively fulfill its social responsibilities, providing diversified training services to enterprises, colleges, and social training institutions, striving to build the center into a benchmark comprehensive, open, and shared public training base with stronger Lingong characteristics, injecting a continuous stream of Lingong momentum into the building of the industry's talent team and the high-quality development of the regional economy!
