They have so far successively completed pumping and clearing operations on flooded deep-water sections of Beijing Rail Transit Line M101, drainage channel clearing work in Huaibei Town, Huairou District, and local waterlogging drainage and disaster relief operations in Yangzhen, Shunyi District, ensuring smooth rainwater drainage and safeguarding residential areas and surrounding roads.

In Hebei, affected by heavy rainfall, the Zhongting River basin near the Dongdian Flood Storage and Detention Area received flood discharge water from the upstream Baiyangdian, and water levels rose sharply, approaching the warning level. To this end,PowerChinathe Dongdian Flood Storage and Detention Area Construction Section V Project Department of the Hydropower Foundation Bureaudeployed in advance, dispatching a rescue team of more than 30 people with 20 excavators and 8 dump trucks to urgently raise and reinforce the riverbank embankment. After more than ten hours of continuous fighting, a flood prevention embankment 2 meters high and 500 meters long was firmly built。

Also affected by continuous heavy rainfall and upstream reservoir flood regulation, the water level of the Ju River in Sanhe City rose rapidly, and the flood prevention situation was severe.CCCC First Highway EngineeringThe emergency rescue team of the Rail Transit Line 22 (Hebei section) project quickly rushed to the flood prevention front line around Yangguang Community on the west bank of the Ju River.      Users can send the text message "KTBD" to 10086 and activate the service after replying to confirm.

In emergency scenarios such as being outdoors without mobile communications network coverage, this service can be used to send BeiDou text messages to convey distress or safety information. At present, China Mobile has dispatched multiple forces to flood-stricken areas for emergency rescue and deployed drone aerial base stations to provide emergency communication services to local residents.

To ensure smooth communications for customers in disaster-affected areas,Beijing Unicomprovides non-suspension service for users in the Huairou, Miyun, and Yanqing areas. To ensure the communication needs of users in Miyun resettlement areas, Beijing Unicom has further opened 100G of free data, which users can apply for and receive according to their needs.
