Amid the summer peak production push, LiuGong's industrial chain collaboration has delivered another success, with pile-driving equipment achieving a breakthrough: as of July 31, the 22-26 tonne-meter upper chassis dedicated to pile-driving machinery, independently developed by LiuGong's Changzhou company, exceeded 23 units delivered in a single month, setting a new all-time high! This achievement not only demonstrates the resilience of LiuGong's industrial chain but also injects a strong boost into China's equipment manufacturing industry as it competes globally.

Pile-driving machinery must meet the demands of drilling and pile driving in various geological conditions, characterized by strong product specificity and small single-batch production volumes. The pile-driving chassis that is selling well features two core modules—the Cummins power system and the Hengli hydraulic system—and integrates LiuGong's R&D philosophy of "high efficiency and energy saving, safety and comfort," closely aligning with domestic and international market pursuit of the "dual carbon" goals.

Full-scenario solutions deployed on super projects

LiuGong has now successfully developed a full series of upper chassis dedicated to pile-driving, building a full-scenario solution covering the 7-58 tonne-meter SD/SH series rotary drilling rigs, while also meeting the construction needs of the SG series diaphragm wall grabs and the SX series double-wheel milling machines. With outstanding construction performance that is efficient, precise, and intelligent, LiuGong's pile-driving equipment has firmly supported the "underground backbone" of numerous super projects.
