On July 30, the post-investment empowerment symposium themed "Collaborative Empowerment of the Construction Machinery Industry Chain — Strengthening and Complementing the Chain, Creating the Future through Intelligence" was held at LiuGong. With key topics centering on the independent development of critical core components and the empowerment of digital transformation through intelligent manufacturing, and following the main thread of "demand matching – resource coordination – achievement implementation," the conference jointly explored new pathways for the collaborative development of the industry chain, working together to build an autonomous and controllable industrial ecosystem and help the construction machinery industry move toward a new future of intelligence and green development.

The conference was hosted by the National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund Co., Ltd. and co-organized by Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd. More than 50 people were invited to gather at LiuGong, including representatives from the First Department of Equipment Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Machinery Industry Federation, chain-leader enterprises, and upstream enterprises in the industry chain. Luo Junjie, Executive Vice President of the China Machinery Industry Federation; Zheng Jin, Party Secretary and Chairman of Guangxi LiuGong Group Co., Ltd. and Party Secretary and Chairman of Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd.; and Luo Guobing, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Chairman, President and concurrently Chief Financial Officer of Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd., attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Luo Junjie delivered a keynote speech themed "Grasping Trends, Rising to Challenges, and Accelerating the Building of a Modern Industrial System," offering an in-depth elaboration on aspects including the industrial development achievements of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the challenges facing high-quality development, the key development directions of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and the requirements for building a modern industrial system.

In his address, Zheng Jin stated that since the successful implementation of mixed-ownership reform in 2020, LiuGong has consistently adhered to the strategic principle of "One LiuGong, One Supply Chain." Through measures such as deepening TCO cost management, strengthening centralized procurement across product lines, promoting "co-creation and win-win" with suppliers, and connecting an "end-to-end" supply chain system, the company is committed to building a globalized, resilient, and value-driven modern supply chain system. LiuGong will take this conference as an opportunity to work with strategic partners to build an integrated industrial ecosystem encompassing "R&D, production, sales, and finance," injecting strong momentum into the high-quality and sustainable development of China's manufacturing industry.

Subsequently, the National Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading Fund and LiuGong signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement, with the two parties reaching intentions for in-depth cooperation in areas such as technological breakthroughs, market expansion, and resource coordination. This move will further accelerate the localization process of LiuGong's core components, promote the large-scale application of domestically produced intelligent equipment, and effectively enhance the foundational capacity and autonomous and controllable level of the industry chain.

In the thematic roadshow session, relevant business leaders of LiuGong provided a detailed introduction to LiuGong's technological R&D and the current state of intelligent manufacturing development. More than 10 enterprises, including Junfeng Electric Control, Luoshi Robotics, Estun Intelligence, Huayong Composite Materials, and Re-Fire Energy, took the stage to showcase their domestically developed technological breakthroughs in key fields such as electronic control units and solenoid valves, robotics and intelligent manufacturing solutions, and hydrogen fuel cells. At the event, multiple parties engaged in in-depth exchanges on the pain points and opportunities of the construction machinery industry chain, including the localization and substitution of core components, the adaptation of intelligent equipment, and the security of the supply chain system, providing a clear direction for subsequent cooperation.

After the meeting, the attending guests also visited LiuGong's Global R&D Center and Intelligent Loader Factory to experience firsthand LiuGong's innovative achievements in intelligent R&D and intelligent manufacturing system integration.
