Yongan Machinery's Several Dual-Linkage Hydraulic Vibratory Hammers
Applied in the Guangxi Fangchenggang Offshore Wind Power
Demonstration Project
The Fangchenggang Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project Site A is located in the southern waters of Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The project involves a sea area of more than 400 hectares, with a planned installed capacity of 1.8 million kilowatts and an estimated total investment of approximately 24.5 billion yuan. This marks Guangxi's "zero breakthrough" in offshore wind power and signifies another substantive step forward in the construction of Guangxi's new energy system. Project Name: Guangxi Fangchenggang Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project Site A Client: Guangxi Guangtou Beibu Gulf Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd. Contractor: CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd.
The nearest offshore distance of the Fangchenggang Offshore Wind Power Demonstration Project Site A is about 15 km, with water depths between 15 m and 18 m. The total sea area enveloped by the peripheral wind turbines is approximately 57.29 km². The project mainly involves the construction of 83 units of 8.5 MW wind turbine generators, as well as a 220 kV offshore booster station, an onshore switching station, export submarine cables, and collection submarine cables within the wind farm. The project generates an annual on-grid electricity of 2.057 billion kWh, saving approximately 617,400 tons of standard coal consumption and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1,642,600 tons per year. Project Parameters Pile length: 34 m Pile diameter: 3 m Pile wall thickness: 3 cm Pile type: Circular steel pipe pile Pile application: Wind power main pile Penetration depth: 6 m Geological conditions: Silt, rock and soil layers
Since the seabed of the entire Fangchenggang Site A is mostly bare rock, all pile foundations can only be constructed by rock-socketing. This wind farm has therefore become the world's first offshore wind power project in which all 83 wind turbines adopt rock-socketed jacket foundations. This project is definitely one of the most difficult offshore wind power projects to execute! The wind turbine foundation construction of this project is undertaken by CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. As an excellent supplier of CCCC Third Harbor Engineering, Yongan Machinery was invited through public bidding to provide piling equipment for the project.
