Lü Yuelei.
International Service Support Manager
“As long as the customer needs us, our ‘Beijing time’ can always be ‘service time.’”
This is the belief of Lü Yuelei, International Service Support Manager for SANY pile drivers, and the shared commitment of SANY’s global service team.
From emergency repairs on a snowy night in China to 24-hour standby across international time zones, his story is a microcosm of the SANY pile driver service team — responsibility knows no borders, and service knows no time difference.
Rushing to the Rescue on a Snowy Night
The Customer’s Urgency Is Our Urgency
In 2019, Lü Yuelei joined SANY as a domestic after-sales service engineer.
What he remembers most vividly is a late night in the winter of 2020. The temperature was below zero, a machine broke down unexpectedly, and the customer had an important project the next day. At midnight, he and his team rushed to the site through the snow and worked for six hours in the bitter cold until the equipment roared back to life.
Grasping his hands, red from the cold, the customer said: “SANY’s service truly is timely help in the snow!”
At that moment, he deeply understood SANY’s service philosophy of “conduct yourself first, then do your work” — service is not just repair, but keeping one’s promises.

Across Time Zones
Global Response, Online 24 Hours
In 2023, Lü Yuelei joined the overseas service team for pile drivers, taking on a new challenge — time zones.
Once, a machine in Italy broke down unexpectedly. When the call for help came at 3 p.m. local time, it was already 9 p.m. in China. He and the R&D team organized a meeting overnight and analyzed countermeasures with the site, not finalizing the plan until 3 a.m., then promptly coordinating with the overseas team to execute it at 7 a.m. the next morning.
Such “cross-border relays” have become routine. His phone is also kept on 24 hours a day, ready at all times.
“Whenever overseas customers recognize our service, I feel that all the effort is worth it.”

Service Without Borders, Responsibility Without Time Difference
In Lü Yuelei’s view, SANY’s service team has a kind of “obsession” — the customer’s problem must be solved; the customer’s urgency is our marching order.
Whether it is emergency repairs in ice and snow or remote support across half the globe, SANY service people hold fast to the same belief:
No time difference — the customer’s needs are the highest priority
No excuses — no matter how difficult the problem, it must be overcome
No borders — the spirit of service can cross mountains and seas
They are a microcosm of SANY service
Lü Yuelei’s story is just one facet of SANY’s global service team.
In China, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa… countless SANY service engineers uphold the same belief, keeping every machine running and honoring their commitments to customers.
Because they know full well:
Every minute of equipment downtime is a loss for the customer;
and their rapid response is the customer’s greatest peace of mind.
Salute to all SANY service people on the front lines!
With your professionalism and sense of responsibility, you make “China Service” shine around the world!
