Recently, the China Association of Construction Enterprise Management (CACE) announced the results of the 2025 Geotechnical Engineering Technology Innovation Application Achievements. After enterprise application, formal review, expert evaluation, and other procedures, the solicitation activity ultimately selected 10 special-grade achievements, 38 first-grade achievements, 63 second-grade achievements, and 100 third-grade achievements.2025In this selection activity, the Lei Bin Innovation Studio of Shenzhen Gongkan Geotechnical Group Co., Ltd. performed impressively, with a total of 12 research achievements making the list. Among them, "Intelligent Digital Drilling and Fiber Optic Sensing Cast-in-Place Pile Construction Technology for Rotary Drilling in Complex Karst Areas" was rated as a first-grade achievement; "Full Rotation and Rotary Drilling with Pre-inserted Steel Pipe Support Pile-Column for Large-Diameter Rock-Socketed Reverse Construction: Combined RCD Pile Formation and Positioning Construction Technology" and 5 other achievements were rated as second-grade achievements; and "Comprehensive Construction Technology for Positioning, Pressure Relief, and Disassembly of Tool Columns in the Pre-insertion Method for Steel Pipe Columns in Reverse Construction" and 6 other achievements were rated as third-grade achievements.

The awarded achievements cover a wide range of fields, including intelligent digital construction, cast-in-place pile construction in complex and special strata, deep foundation pit support,removal of abandoned cast-in-place piles,green excavation, and othermultiple key technical areas. From precise control of pile formation to protection of adjacent buildings, from optimization and upgrading of traditional processes to innovative breakthroughs in intelligent construction, each achievement stems from continuous exploration and summary refinement in frontline practice, focuses on solving key and difficult problems in on-site construction, greatly improves construction efficiency and engineering quality, promotes green and civilized construction, and achieves a win-win situation for economic and environmental benefits.
