On July 18, 2025, Sinoma Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Construction") held in-depth cooperation talks with Nanfang Luqiao (Fujian South Highway Machinery Co., Ltd.) and signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
