On July 17, the Section 2 of the Leizhou High-Standard Farmland Construction Project, undertaken by Sinohydro Bureau 11 Co., Ltd., successfully passed completion acceptance, not only creating a superior production environment for local farmers but also injecting new momentum into comprehensive rural revitalization and agricultural modernization. 

 The project is located in Leizhou City, Guangdong Province, with a total area of 11,500 mu. It includes multiple components such as field road rehabilitation and the construction of new irrigation canals. Upon completion, it has effectively alleviated local irrigation water shortages, upgraded basic farmland conditions, enhanced comprehensive grain output capacity, and consolidated Leizhou's position as a key area for grain production capacity improvement. This acceptance involved the construction unit, supervision unit, construction contractor, and beneficiary villages and towns. Through on-site inspections, document reviews, and meeting discussions, the acceptance team highly affirmed the project quality and unanimously determined that it met the specified standards. The completion of the project achieved the goals of "regularly shaped fields, networked canal systems, unobstructed roads, irrigation in drought, and drainage in waterlogging," optimizing cultivated land quality and production efficiency.
