Recently, Shenyuan Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd. has made significant progress in the research of new synchronous grouting materials for shield tails and related technologies. Leveraging its distinctive innovative practices, the company has successfully been awarded several municipal-level research projects and group standard compilation projects. This marks a solid and creative step forward for the company in promoting green construction in the field of urban rail transit.

      The municipal-level projects successfully approved this time include: the 2025 Research Plan Project "Research on Preparation and Application of New Synchronous Grouting Materials for Shield Tails Based on Shield Soil," approved by the Municipal Transportation Commission; and the 2025 Shanghai Municipal Railway Research Project "Research on New Synchronous Grouting Materials Based on Soil Conditioning of Earth Pressure Shields for Municipal Railways." At the same time, the related group standard "Technical Specification for Synchronous Grouting Materials Based on Shield Soil Conditioning for Shanghai Municipal Railways" has also been successfully approved for compilation, fully demonstrating the potential of this innovative achievement in industry application and standardization.

      The outstanding significance of this research lies in the fact that it opens up a new pathway for the resource utilization of shield spoil, effectively reducing the environmental impact of construction and significantly enhancing the green level of shield construction. Through the integrated application of new materials and technologies, the project is committed to bringing significant economic and social benefits while vigorously promoting the industry's transition toward green, low-carbon, and high-quality development.

      During the advancement of the project, the Geotechnical Institute team of Shenyuan Geotechnical Engineering joined forces with the research team of Shanghai Mechanized Construction Group Co., Ltd., carrying out in-depth cooperation across multiple dimensions, from research studies and specification compilation to project implementation, jointly exploring the industry frontier.

      The successful approval of these multiple municipal-level projects and standards is recognition of Shenyuan Geotechnical Engineering's unremitting efforts in innovative technologies and green practices.
