Recently, more than 100 JAC K7 intelligent heavy trucks powered by Cummins M13 engines were successfully delivered in batch to SF Express. As an important practice in the intelligent, information-based, and green development of the logistics industry, these vehicles will be deeply integrated into SF's "three-network integration" system, driven by both "intelligence and power" to inject new momentum into the efficient operation of the express and fast freight sector.
The fleet customer manager of the Group Customer Department of JAC Motors Commercial Vehicle Marketing Division stated: "JAC and Cummins have a solid cooperation in the light commercial vehicle field. In recent years, Cummins medium- and heavy-duty engines have been increasingly installed in JAC medium- and heavy-duty trucks. With the outstanding reliability and economy of Cummins engines, JAC heavy trucks are more competitive when express and fast freight fleets select vehicles. The previous cooperation between the two parties achieved great success with ZTO Express, and we believe that through this successful delivery to SF Express, the cooperation between the two parties in building an efficient and intelligent logistics power chain will reach a higher level."
As an industry leader, SF Express has always promoted the upgrading of its logistics network through technological innovation, and intelligent heavy trucks have become an important support for its line-haul transportation.
These JAC K7 intelligent heavy trucks powered by Cummins M13 engines have already been put into operation on SF Express's busy Central China to coastal line-haul routes. As the core power source, the Cummins M13 engine, with its outstanding performance and reliability, works efficiently with the intelligent system to jointly ensure transportation efficiency.
Surging Power for Efficient Line-Haul Operation
The Cummins M13 engine installed in the JAC K7 delivers outstanding power performance. Its power of up to 520 horsepower and torque of 2,400 N·m provide solid support for efficient transportation. Thanks to Cummins' advanced power technology, the M13 engine can deliver strong torque at low engine speeds, with transient response improved by 5%-10% and starting acceleration performance improved by 10%. It is fully capable of handling complex conditions such as uphill climbing and overtaking encountered in long-distance line-haul transportation, significantly improving transportation timeliness and ensuring on-time delivery of goods.

Precise Cost Control to Improve Operational Efficiency
The Cummins M13 engine also performs excellently in helping customers reduce costs and increase efficiency. The high peak cylinder pressure of 250 bar can withstand severe mechanical and thermal loads. The oil pump and fuel pump have been fully upgraded, significantly improving leak-proof, waterproof, and dust-proof performance and ensuring stable engine operation in complex environments.

Through structural optimization design, the number of parts in the M13 engine has been reduced by 30%, effectively lowering its own weight. Combined with an ultra-high-pressure common rail fuel injection system and a new-generation intake and exhaust system, combustion efficiency is greatly improved, achieving significant fuel savings compared with products of the same class.
In addition, the Cummins M13 supports an ultra-long oil change interval of up to 150,000 kilometers, greatly reducing vehicle maintenance downtime, effectively lowering operating costs throughout the vehicle's full life cycle, and creating greater value for customers.
Dedicated Training to Ensure Worry-Free Operation
To help SF Express better leverage fleet efficiency, Cummins provided comprehensive and customized training and technical support. At the same time, both parties further strengthened cooperation in aftermarket service to provide reliable guarantees for efficient vehicle operation.
