In active response to national regulations on dust control, China Railway Construction Heavy Industry (CRCHI) has launched an upgraded version of the UPS-20J (C) mining concrete spraying vehicle tailored to wet-shotcrete support scenarios in underground mines. Through optimization of multiple core technologies, the vehicle's layout has been refined and its dimensions reduced to 7,500 × 1,800 × 2,400 mm, adapting it to construction and relocation in narrow roadways. The cab has obtained dual FOPS/ROPS certification and features a liftable roof, combining safety with comfort. The accelerator tank has a capacity of 420 L, and the hydraulically driven external extraction pump eliminates the need for an external power source, enhancing construction convenience. The three-stage telescopic luffing boom achieves a maximum spraying height of 10 m and width of 18 m, reducing the number of vehicle repositioning operations during construction. The nozzle rotates 360° and swings 240°, enabling precise spraying without blind spots, with a comprehensive rebound rate of <10%, significantly reducing costs.
