At 8 a.m. on July 9, affected by continuous rainfall,landslides occurred on sections including the Baoshan–Dali direction of the Dabao Expressway and the Dali–Yunlong direction of the Yunlong connecting line of the Dayangyun Expressway, with large amounts of fallen rocks and mud covering the lanes and causing two-way traffic to be cut off.The Dali Maintenance Project Department of the Highway Construction Company, together with the Dali Management Office, traffic police, road administration and other units, responded promptly, and after sustained efforts, traffic on the landslide-hit sections has been restored.
