To all member units:

The 2025 "Beijing Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Achievement Evaluation" activity, hosted by the Beijing Engineering Survey and Design Association (hereinafter referred to asthe "Association"), has been successfully concluded. Upon the recommendation of the evaluation expert panel and deliberation by the expanded meeting of the Association's Presidential Office, it has been finally determined that 1,371 projects submitted by 125 units have been awarded Excellent Achievement (see attachment for details).

This achievement evaluation is linked to the application for the "National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Award" (hereinafter referred to as the "Industry Award") of the China Engineering Survey and Design Association (hereinafter referred to as"CEDA"). The 2023 and 2025 Beijing excellent evaluation achievements will be selected and submitted for the Industry Award.

Given that the application for the CEDA Industry Award has already begun, and in order to organize member units with quotas to carry out the application work as soon as possible, a pre-announcement is hereby made of the projects that have passed the deliberation of this achievement evaluation as excellent achievements. The pre-announcement period ends at17:00 on July 10, 2025. Upon expiration of the pre-announcement period, the Association will issue the official announcement of this achievement evaluation. Only after the official announcement is released may units log in to the "Beijing Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Achievement Evaluation System" to download the electronic certification documents for units and individuals.

During the pre-announcement period, all units are requested to check the review results of change applications already submitted in the system; new applications will not be accepted. For those returned for modification, please resubmit before the pre-announcement deadline (subject to system time); overdue submissions will not be accepted.
