At 8:30 a.m., the Company grandly held the "Welcome July 1" flag-raising ceremony. In front of the flag platform, Party members and cadres lined up neatly and in high spirits. At 9:00 a.m., Xizhu Company's "Two Excellences and One Advanced" commendation conference, warning education conference, and special Party lecture report meeting celebrating the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Party were officially convened on the second floor of the Multi-Function Hall. Liu Hongwei, Secretary of the Company's Party Committee and Chairman, delivered a special Party lecture; Hu Lin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, read out the commendation decision; and Liang Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Labor Union, presented case analysis for warning education.

Liu Hongwei delivered a special Party lecture titled "Keep in Mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's Entrustment, Bravely Serve as a Pioneer of High-Quality Development, and Strive to Write a New Chapter of Xizhu's High-Quality Development with Solid Work and Achievements." He pointed out that it is necessary, in conjunction with the ongoing learning and education and situation and task education, to deeply understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important instructions and directives, comprehend and implement the major requirement of "self-revolution and self-blood-making," unify thoughts and actions with the overall deployment of the Company's Party Committee, give play to the "three roles," strive to be the "three vanguards," and demonstrate Xizhu's achievements in the historical task of "comprehensively advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization."

Liu Hongwei required that Party members and leading cadres at all levels of the Company should continue to deeply study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on strengthening Party conduct and the spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation and its implementation rules. It is necessary to improve the political stance, highlight the "three examples," and lead all Xizhu staff to keep to the original aspiration and shoulder the mission; improve the stance of responsibility, focus on the "three roles," and lead all Xizhu staff to dare to take responsibility and be good at taking action; improve the development stance, grasp the "three orientations," and lead all Xizhu staff to strengthen Party building and promote development; and strive in unity to fully achieve the annual business indicators and strive to build "a specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative enterprise with outstanding core advantages"!

Liang Gang presented analysis of typical cases for warning education and proposed that Party organizations at all levels and Party members and cadres of the Company should, in light of actual work, thoroughly study and comprehend the essence of learning and education. It is necessary to deeply recognize the stubbornness and repetitiveness of the "four forms of decadence" and deeply recognize the serious political harm of illegal eating and drinking, consciously struggle against erroneous ideas such as the "theory of trivial matters and minor details," the "theory of business needs," the "theory of affecting development," and the "theory of industry particularity," become alert in strengthening responsibility and taking action and strictly enforcing discipline and rules, and start a new journey, display a new image, and meet the major test with discipline and work style that are grasped firmly, in detail, and concretely.

The meeting conducted centralized commendation of advanced grassroots Party organizations, outstanding Communist Party members, and outstanding Party affairs workers that emerged on all fronts of the Company in 2024, and distributed political birthday commemorative cards and political theory books to some Party member representatives.
