Recently, Jia Fei, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Shaanxi Construction Engineering Foundation Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Construction Foundation Group"), led a delegation to Shanghai Qiangjin Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Qiangjin"), a subsidiary of Sinochem Geotechnical, for a discussion and exchange. Lu Wenyu, General Manager of Shanghai Qiangjin, led the management team to receive the delegation and presided over the discussion.

     Lu Wenyu introduced the core business segments of Sinochem Geotechnical in geotechnical engineering and underground engineering, as well as the emerging segments of general aviation and cultural tourism and the relevant key subsidiary enterprises, and gave a detailed introduction to Shanghai Qiangjin's technical and construction advantages and practical experience in foundation pit support and ground treatment in soft soil areas.

     Jia Fei stated that Shaanxi Construction Foundation Group focuses on foundation engineering construction while simultaneously developing businesses such as municipal engineering, water conservancy, survey and design, and general contracting of construction projects. He expressed the expectation that both parties will deepen practical cooperation in areas such as expanding application scenarios and collaborating on business resources, jointly promoting industry progress in geologically complex regions.

     This discussion and exchange further deepened the consensus between the two parties that they are "partners rather than competitors" and that they should "operate as a group rather than fight alone," laying a solid foundation for opening a new chapter of cooperation. In the future, Shanghai Qiangjin and Shaanxi Construction Foundation Group will join hands to leverage their respective project experience and technical advantages, break through the technical application constraints imposed by loess and soft soil geology, open up more application scenarios in "urgent, difficult, risky, heavy, and special" projects, actively explore and build a pragmatic and efficient cooperation model, and jointly contribute to the construction of harmonious and beautiful cities.
