On June 13, XCMG Group held a strategic cooperation meeting with China Machinery Certification and Inspection (CMCI) and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Fu Zhijian, Party Secretary and Chairman of CMCI; Liu Zhongxing, Deputy Party Secretary, Director and General Manager of CMCI; Yang Dongsheng, Chairman and Party Secretary of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery; Xia Yongyong, Vice General Manager of XCMG Group and General Manager and Party Secretary of XCMG Automobile; and Shan Zenghai, Vice President and Chief Engineer of XCMG Machinery, among other leaders, attended and witnessed the signing.

Yang Dongsheng stated

In recent years, XCMG Group has focused on the transformation and upgrading of its industry through the "Five Modernizations," laid out a "5+1+1" modern industrial system, actively seized opportunities in the fields of new energy and intelligentization, and achieved positive results in high-quality development. As a key supporting institution for national quality infrastructure construction, CMCI possesses advanced testing equipment and rich practical experience in testing and certification, and has provided strong support to XCMG over the years. Through cooperation, the two sides will complement each other's strengths, effectively promote their joint technological progress, and help XCMG's industry move toward the mid-to-high end of the global value chain.

Fu Zhijian stated

He thanked XCMG Group for its strong support of CMCI over the past 30 years and introduced CMCI's development history and business layout. He stated that XCMG, as a demonstration benchmark for mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises, has adhered to the path of connotative high-quality development, not only significantly improving its own operating efficiency and quality but also driving an overall improvement in domestic experimental testing technology and service levels. In the future, CMCI will further deepen cooperation with XCMG Group in areas such as co-building and sharing experimental testing resources, expanding international certification services, and developing a dual-carbon system, providing all-round support for the vigorous development of XCMG's global business. 

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks a new stage in the cooperation between the two sides. Taking this opportunity, both parties will uphold the principles of mutual benefit and shared progress, continuously deepen the content of cooperation, innovate cooperation models, and jointly embark on a new journey toward high-quality development.
