On June 2, Luo Sihai, Party Secretary of Nanchang University; Liu Weiping, Director of the Geotechnical Engineering Research Institute of Nanchang University; Li Yonghua, Vice President of Gongqing College of Nanchang University; Xu Qiuhua, Chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Civil Engineering and Architecture Society; Jiang Ying, Deputy Secretary-General; Li Jiawang, former leader of the Municipal Party Committee Publicity Department (retired veteran cadre); and their delegation made a special visit to our company for inspection and guidance. The cylindrical smart garage is a science and innovation research topic jointly developed by our company and the Jiangxi Provincial Civil Engineering and Architecture Society. The project has not only obtained multiple intellectual property rights but has also been successfully approved and registered with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Like a precision key, it can effectively solve the thorny problem of "parking difficulties" in the urban renewal process, laying a solid foundation for high-quality urban development and economic construction.

    According to market research, this achievement still maintains a leading position in the industry. It combines numerous advantages such as high efficiency, convenience, minimal land resource occupation, and low cost, making it a livelihood project with great promotional value. Thanks to close interaction between universities and enterprises, during the early research and development stage of the project, with the active participation of the Jiangxi Provincial Civil Engineering and Architecture Society and the Jiangxi Provincial Architectural Design and Research General Institute, Nanchang University was also willing to participate deeply, investing substantial human and intellectual resources, which will lay a solid foundation for the in-depth research, development, and advancement of the project.

    After listening to the report, Secretary Luo pointed out that the smart parking project has broad development prospects and expressed his hope that the project can be successfully implemented at an early date. He emphasized that a project's journey from research and development to final implementation is a long and challenging one, requiring the concerted efforts and close coordination of all parties, including universities, enterprises, and expert teams. All parties should make thorough preparations and meticulously refine a complete and feasible systematic design plan to provide scientific and precise reference for decision-makers. Subsequently, the attending leaders visited our "Jiye Technology Group Geotechnical Engineering Process Research Base" in Changnan, where they further engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on geotechnical process research directions, enterprise development, and the transformation of scientific research achievements.
