From May 22 to 23, the 15th Hydropower Engineering Bureau, adhering to the combination of theory and practice, held a two-day third "Young Marxist Training Project" training class and the 2025 annual League cadre training class, to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee, to solidly advance the study and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, to deeply comprehend General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thought on youth work and important requirements on building the League cadre team, to deepen the implementation of the "Young Marxist Training Project," and to further promote solid results in the project to enhance the spiritual quality of youth. A total of 50 youth representatives and League cadres participated in this training.

Strengthening theoretical outreach and consolidating the foundation of faith. The training content covered General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thought on youth work, guided study on the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on work style construction, and special guidance on honest conduct in employment. The themes were clear, the content rich, vivid and detailed. In light of the development layout of the 15th Hydropower Engineering Bureau, relevant business leaders were invited to conduct in-depth research and analysis of the current development environment and tasks of Communist Youth League organizations, continuously consolidating the political and theoretical foundation of Young Marxist trainees and League cadres.

Deepening discussion and exchange and clarifying objectives and tasks. Trainees conducted discussions around such key tasks as how League organizations can better play their role, upholding integrity and innovating to advance the youth innovation and efficiency "Ten, Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand" project and "I offer suggestions for quality and efficiency improvement," put forward practical and feasible opinions and suggestions based on their work positions, and delivered reports. Through exchange and sharing, they further enhanced their awareness of innovation, worked hard in a down-to-earth manner to ensure implementation, and went all out to promote the company's transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.

Carrying forward the spirit of struggle and leading the charge with responsibility. The 15th Hydropower Engineering Bureau combined classroom teaching with on-site visits. By organizing young people to visit the Xi'an Eighth Route Army Office and the Xi'an Yisu Cultural District project, it guided young people to further carry forward the red spirit, appreciate advanced culture, and strengthen confidence in struggle, so as to shine with youthful elegance and demonstrate youth responsibility on the new journey.

Strengthening integrity education and strictly enforcing discipline and rules. The 15th Hydropower Engineering Bureau organized a themed League Day activity titled "Youth Advocate Integrity, Integrity Accompanies Youth." Through four activities—"camp opening and icebreaking," "everyone blows the wind of integrity," "know the red line and establish the bottom line," and "cleverly crossing the Jinsha River"—"integrity" momentum was injected into fun sports, lighting up young employees' original aspiration to observe integrity, build integrity, and promote integrity, and engraving discipline and rules in their hearts and translating them into action through education in entertainment, creating a young cadre team that is honest and self-disciplined and united in cooperation.
