Recently, the "Beijing Data Series Standards Implementation Action — First Stop Chaoyang," jointly organized by the Beijing Municipal Data Standards Technical Committee and the Beijing International Big Data Exchange together with Chaoyang District, was held in Beijing. Beijing Urban Construction Survey and Design Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Chengkan Institute"), as one of the 10 core participating enterprises in Chaoyang District, was successfully selected as a pilot unit for the implementation of Beijing's data series standards in Chaoyang District, thanks to its innovative practices in the field of geological data assetization.

The Beijing data standards implementation action takes "standards-led, digital-real integration" as its core, and explores paths for the market-based allocation of data elements through policy guidance, tool innovation, and enterprise practice. As the first launch site in the country for standards implementation tools in the data trading field, Chaoyang District has proposed a "10-100-1000" tiered advancement goal, planning to cultivate a batch of benchmark enterprises. Beijing Chengkan Institute actively responded to the policy and, relying on the series of standards released by the Beijing Data Exchange such as the "General Guidelines for Data Trading" and the "Guidelines for Data Trading Security Assessment," built a full-chain technical system for geological data covering "resourcization-assetization-capitalization," promoting the transformation of urban underground space geological data from raw resources into tradable assets and providing a replicable practical sample for unleashing the value of data elements.
At the meeting, Zhu Xia, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Urban Safety Research Institute of Beijing Chengkan Institute, gave a case-sharing presentation titled "Exploration and Practice of Geological Data Assetization in Urban Underground Space," showcasing the urban engineering geological big data platform built by Beijing Chengkan Institute. At present, the platform has been applied in fields such as smart rail transit and geological disaster prevention and control, providing a scientific basis for the safe operation and maintenance of urban underground space. In the future, the Institute will take the standards implementation pilot as an opportunity to promote the market-based circulation and application of geological data assets within the industry, provide technical support for the safe operation and maintenance of smart cities and digital transformation, and help implement the "Data Elements × Urban Governance" action.
